We believe that starting a new career abroad should not be a financial burden. To support our candidates, our agency provides Free Airline Tickets for every female domestic worker who successfully completes the recruitment and training process.
This process is strictly supervised by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) to ensure your safe and legal departure.
How the Free Ticketing Process Works
Once you have finished your training and your visa is ready, we handle all the travel arrangements at no cost to you.
- Selection & Approval: After you pass your interviews and medical tests, we secure your job offer and visa.
- SLBFE Final Approval: We submit your documents to the SLBFE. Once they grant the “Final Approval” (stamping your passport for departure), we proceed with the ticket booking.
- Ticket Issuance: We issue your flight ticket through our authorized travel partners. As an ethical agency, we do not charge you for the ticket.
- Airport Assistance: On the day of your flight, our representatives will meet you at the airport to assist with check-in and ensure you pass through the SLBFE departure counter smoothly.

Important Note for Candidates
To be eligible for the free airline ticket, you must:
- Successfully complete the 25-day SLBFE training program.
- Be cleared by an authorized medical center (WAFID/GAMCA).
- Have a passport valid for at least one year from the date of travel.
Your Safety is Our Priority: By following the SLBFE-regulated process, you are automatically covered by the SLBFE Life & Disability Insurance from the moment you step onto the plane.
